Who else wants a stress free life? I feel like that is something we all want yet know that it is impossible. However, if you want some tips on how to manage stress and get some inspiration for relief – you have come to the right place.

With the hectic lives that we live nowadays, it probably feels normal when your mind has tons of to-do lists and deadlines creeping up. The shoulders constantly get too close to the ears and at times you just wonder when was the last time you just took a very long, deep, slow breath. But there are some ways to reduce all this.

I want to share some tips on how to survive this and throw some simple ideas to implement in your life, and hopefully reduce the stress levels. Some of my faves? Deep breathing, yoga, regular workouts and being organized and productive when working. And lastly, no multitasking.
