Some days there are no problems ticking projects and tasks off to do list, but other days everything feels so tedious and hard to do. However, there are things you can do to change your mindset and turn a rough day into a productive one! Today I am sharing some quotes that will hopefully increase your motivation 🙂
Motivational quotes are sometimes the way to uplift your mood. Take a step back from all the tasks that need to be done, and think about the overall goal. Why are you doing this? Are all tasks today as urgent and important? Is there anything you can postpone for tomorrow?
Motivation Quotes For Rough Days
This one is one of my favorites. It is so easy to give up when everything seems to collapse and get stuck, but maybe the 5th time will be the lucky one. We will never know if we stop on the 2nd try.
It is hard to evaluate oneself, because we are more critical towards ourselves than anyone else. So sometimes the potential is hard to see, but ask your loved ones about yourself. I have started listening to people around, and it has helped me understand how much I am capable of.
Sometimes I feel like my hobby is to be critical of myself and kill my dreams by all of the doubts. What if this, what if that, what if … These are the only questions that usually end with a negative opinion. I am sure that failing is also scary, but there is nothing worse than always living with the notion of not knowing how it would have turned at the end. For example, I always wanted to make a magazine, and it took me years to finally start working on it. It has been so hard already, but it is only the beginning. No matter where I end up, I will know how it was, not imagine how it would have been.
Focus on yourself
One of my accomplishments this year has been to focus on myself. That time, energy, money and effort has been one of the best investments. I have never felt this fit in my life, and it is only the beginning. I have started taking vitamins daily for weeks now, and focused more on books, yoga and meditation. I feel like my mental health is slowly stabilizing, and I feel more positive towards life. All of that because I poured time into myself and put the biggest focus on my wellbeing.

If the day is going very slow, increase your motivation by doing one thing at a time, and try to split the task into small and manageable pieces. There is nothing worse than being pressured by oneself with a very long to do list that we all know is way too much for one day.
